Innovations Beyond is a technology consulting and software development company based in Massachusetts. This policy covers innovations-beyond.com and the ways we communicate with you after you contact us, including email, phone calls, and text messages.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. When you use the contact form, that is your business name, email address, an optional phone number, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. Our website analytics are cookieless and do not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on consultations and appointments.
- To tell you about relevant services and offers, only if you separately asked us to.
Text messaging
Our contact form has two separate text message checkboxes. Both are optional, unchecked by default, and not required to contact us or to use our services. You can tick either one, both, or neither.
The first box covers texts about your inquiry and appointments. Its consent language reads:

The second box covers marketing texts about our services and offers. We only send offers if you tick this box. Its consent language reads:
Separately, I agree to receive occasional marketing text messages from Innovations Beyond about our services and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- What we send: replies to your inquiry and appointment reminders and confirmations if you ticked the first box; occasional offers about our services only if you ticked the second box.
- Frequency: varies with your inquiry. We do not send recurring bulk messages on a schedule.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your carrier plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed right away. You will get one final confirmation text and nothing more.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email info@innovations-beyond.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The full terms of our text messaging program are in our Terms and Conditions.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers, and only so they can deliver those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. None of this sharing includes text messaging data: mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, and consent are excluded from every category above and are never shared with third parties or affiliates.
Retention and security
We keep contact details for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a reasonable expectation of one. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with providers that maintain their own security programs.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you through any channel. Email info@innovations-beyond.com and we will handle it promptly.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
